The North Bay Regional Planning Unit (RPU) – commonly referred to as the North Bay Employment Connection (NBEC) – spans Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties. Three regional Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) workforce development boards (WDBs) serve the North Bay: the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB – Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa); the Workforce Development Board of Solano County; and the Sonoma Workforce Investment Board.
