Workforce Alliance of the North Bay invites proposals (RFP) for Project Manager Staffing Services
The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB), the Workforce Development Board for Lake, Marin, Mendocino and Napa Counties, is requesting proposals from qualified applicants and/or organizations that could provide project management assistance throughout the WANB region in one or more of the following categories: Youth & Adult Programs, Marketing & Communications, Business Engagement & Coordination, and Programmatic & Fiscal. Applicants chosen would be included in a repository of project managers that could be accessed by the staff of the WANB to assist in the management of special workforce development projects.

The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay seeks proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms whose principals are independent Certified Public Accountants, licensed by the State of California to provide audit services for one audit period. Audit of the financial statements shall be in accordance with accounting principles in the United States of America and a single audit in accordance with the Federal Single Audit Act, 2 CFR, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The contract period will be October 11, 2018 through June 30, 2019 to audit fiscal year July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay seeks proposals from qualified applicants to build a repository of experts that can assist with several workforce development initiatives and projects in Marin, Napa, Mendocino and Lake counties. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates in order to establish a list of consultants in key topic areas that can be accessed by the staff to the WANB Governing Board. Contracts for consultant staffing services are expected to run for a period of up to one year, with the ability to renew contracts for up to three additional years pending satisfactory performance. When reviewing the RFP you must also download the RFP Errata that includes revisions to the original Request for Proposal.
