The Artist Business Mini-Incubator is a three-month program designed to provide you with the practical skills and entrepreneurial mindset necessary to effectively manage and grow your art business.\nWhether you’ve been selling your work or have an informal business, this program will help you get organized, set clear goals, and take actionable steps toward turning your art into a viable business or grow from what you already started. You’ll learn from expert business advisors and connect with a supportive peer group to gain the strategies and accountability needed to take your art business to the next level.\nWhat You’ll Learn:\n\nFinancial Management: Organize and track your finances to make informed business decisions.\nMarketing & Sales: Identify your audience, craft compelling marketing message and explore new ways to sell your art online and in-person.\nGoal Setting: Develop clear, actionable goals to grow your business step by step.\nPricing Strategies: Get personalized feedback and guidance on how to price your artwork effectively.\nCommunity Support: Build relationships with fellow artists, share experiences, and stay accountable.\n\nProgram Details:\n\nApril – June 2025\nMeets twice a month (once online + once in person in San Rafael)\nEach month 3–4 hours of meeting time plus additional time outside of meetings to implement strategies\nSchedule set once cohort is selected\nThis program is at no cost to you (a $2,500 value)\n\n \nGenerously funded by City of San Rafael, Marin SBDC, DSRAD, Art Works Downtown.\n
