We work on behalf of both public and private sector clients. CDS specializes in project-specific grant acquisition, loan program management, direct services to businesses, and community outreach and education.

We have obtained over $100 million from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Economic Development Administration (EDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Workforce Training, private sector, banking institutions, and other sources, on behalf of our clients. CDS provides in-depth technical assistance to small and mid-sized businesses in the areas of cash flow management, personnel development, business expansion management, market analysis, customer service, and product/services development.
