And with the uncertainty businesses have faced this past year, reevaluating your budget frequently will help you keep your money heading in the right direction. This workshop will better equip you in how to budget for your business. Topics include: -The benefits and importance of the budgeting process Presenter Joe Rodola is an SBDC Advisor and business professional with 45 years experience in business finance (including 10 years experience as a small business owner and 8 years helping small business startups).
