Important Update: New Provider for Career Services Starting May 5, 2025
We want to let our customers know that as of May 5, 2025, our provider for Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Services will be changing. We want to assure you that you will still get the same great srvice at our Lake, Marin, Mendocino, and Napa one-stop job-centers. As of May 5, you will be working with the experts from Career TEAM to help you meet your career goals.
If you are an Adult, Dislocated Worker, or Youth services customer, please note that a career counselor from Career TEAM will be reaching out to you after May 5th.

WIOA Regional Strategic Plan PY 2025 – 2028 Available For Public Comment
The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB), in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), has developed a Regional Strategic Plan to guide workforce development efforts across the six-county North Bay Employment Connection (NBEC) Region, including Solano County, Sonoma County, and the WANB Region of Lake, Marin, Mendocino, and Napa counties. This four-year plan will cover Program Years (PY) 2025-28, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029.
The public is invited to review and provide feedback during a 30-day public comment period:

Training Liaison Application
The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (Alliance) is excited to announce our Training Liaison program. This program allows community partners to apply to make WIOA training funds available for their eligible participants.

Regional Workforce Development Board Seats Open!
The Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (Alliance) has four board seats open – Two Lake, one Marin, and one Mendocino business members!
Business Member – Representatives of local businesses who are owners, chief executives, operating officers, or other business executives with policymaking or hiring authority. These members require a nomination (signed letter on official letterhead) from a local business organization or business trade association.
If you are interested in joining one of our boards, please complete the Membership Application and submit it to boardadministration@workforcealliancenorthbay.org.
If you would like to nominate someone to join our board, please send us an email at boardadministration@workforcealliancenorthbay.org with their contact information and your organizations status.
