FEDERAL FUNDING DISCLOSURE

The Stevens Amendment is a federal law found in H.R. 6157 that requires funding information to be included on all projects or programs using federal funds. It is intended to provide transparency for taxpayers and ensure federally funded research and work are properly credited.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Programs are fully funded by grant awards from the California Employment Development Department (EDD) using Department of Labor funding, which provides 100% of the total program funding. In FY 2023-24 has budgeted the following amounts:

• WIOA Adult – $954,718
• WIOA Dislocated Worker – $987,898
• WIOA Youth – $907,572
• WIOA Rapid Response – $274,214
• WIOA Rapid Response Layoff Aversion – $49,183

The 2023 Severe Winter Storms DR NDWG Grant Program is fully funded by a grant award totaling $365,714 (100%) from the US Department of Labor.

The Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, & Training (Quest) NDWG Grant Program is fully funded by a grant award totaling $250,000 (100%) from the US Department of Labor.

The Regional Equity and Recovery Partnerships (RERP) Program is fully funded by a grant award totaling $370,000 (100%) from The Labor and Workforce Development Agency and the California Workforce Development Board.

The Prison to Employment (P2E) 2.0 Program is fully funded by a grant award totaling $161,427 (100%) from the California Workforce Development Board.

In Partnership with the Workforce Development Board of Solano County, the Workforce Accelerator Fund 10.0 totaling $20,000 (for the WANB Region) is fully funded (100%) from the California Workforce Development Board.
