Fields of Opportunity: A collaboration between Napa Valley GrapegrowersNapa Valley Farmworker Foundation and Napa Valley Unified School District, Fields of Opportunity is an innovative mentorship program connecting local high school students interested in the wine industry, to a paid summer job.  Students will have an opportunity to work with four Napa Valley Grapegrowers throughout the summer to learn various aspects of the vineyard business.  Topics to include: viticulture, vineyard operations, mechanics and specialty training, safety & HR, winery and cellar work, and more! Learn how to apply.

Napa Career Success Network Hospitality Program

Napa Valley Adult Education: learn how to earn your GED or obtain ESL services

Marin County Career Explorers Program (CMCE): this summer program places at-risk youth into employment and/or internships with the County of Marin to help them gain work experience and learn about government careers. Youth ages 16-22 who are either on probation or vulnerable to being placed on probation are eligible. For more information about the program, please contact Sherry Parr, Workforce Program Manager.

Youth Working for Change (YWC): this job-readiness program for Marin County youth is sponsored by the Marin County Probation Department. The program helps youth involved with the juvenile justice system who are interested in making changes in their lives.
