APPLY BY JUNE 24: The Marin/Napa Ecology Corps will help empower our future workforce with job readiness skills in a fun, stimulating and educational environment! In conjunction with Conservation Corps North Bay (CCNB), eligible young adults between the ages of 18-24 will complete daily conservation work at worksites managed by CCNB. This eight-week experience can help propel young people into successful careers in conservation, ecological restoration, natural resources, park services, and more.

Work Schedule/Salary
Ecology Corps crew-members are paid $16 an hour for their hard work four days a week (Mon-Thurs). Transportation to project worksites is provided from the CCNB office in San Rafael. Friday of each week is Education Day, a half-day where crew-members receive instruction on current environmental issues, job readiness, and career exploration/planning. They can also receive help toward earning a high school diploma if needed. Education Day is unpaid, but mandatory, as it is a critical part of the learning opportunity.
