On Wednesday, May 15, the Chamber, along with the City of San Rafael, CareerPoint Marin, the County of Marin, Downtown Streets Team, St. Vincent de Paul Society and Goodwill hosted the 2nd Annual Marin Community Job Fair.
The event drew nearly 300 job seekers and featured over 70 local employers.
Employers reported that they spoke with 20-25 people that day and 20% were targeted candidates they will be contacting.
Lots of valuable connections were made and the planning for 3rd Annual Job Fair is already in the works!
