Cottage Foods is a subset of the food industry for artisan foods, local and regional by nature, where you don’t need a commercial kitchen! In this workshop you’ll learn about the authorized foods you can make at home for public sale and how to get started creating your home-based cottage food business.

Anni Minuzzo is a specialty food expert with over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, 20 of which were spent owning a wholesale baking company. She has a broad network of professional associations in this exciting industry, along with trending, hands-on expertise.
