NB TIP (North Bay Trades Introduction Program) Frank Cuneo (707) 7729811 Certification, Apprenticeship, Skills Leading to Work In-person – Date Specific Construction NB TIP is a State Registered Apprenticeship Readiness program with strong connections to local Building Trades Councils, union apprenticeship programs and employers in all the construction trades. We move around the greater North Bay Area providing trainings and related services to prepare candidates for great careers through apprenticeships and beyond. We take special efforts to serve interested women, people disadvantaged by race/ethnicity, income, military veterans, formerly incarcerated, and work with community partners to do this.
