Courses are designed to accommodate the busy adult worker by delivering the entirety of the course work, in sync with Northern Hemisphere wine industry operations. Courses are delivered in cohorts timed with the seasonality of the Northern Hemisphere to enable on-the-job learning. This curriculum is designed to be taken by students that do not have a background in science. While this text is rich in the language of grape and wine production, it is presented in a manner to acknowledge their origins yet minimize jargon, to maximize understanding, appreciation and inspire curiosity and a hunger for future learning.Contact Information
