A CFO is the ticket for making foods that can be stored on a shelf at room temperature. You can bake, roast coffee, make tea and spice blends, mix nuts, make candy, or make jams and preserves.
PART 2 – 11/14 Intro to Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO)
(Note: this options is for for Solano and other MEHKO-approved counties only; MEHKO permitting has NOT been adopted by Napa County at this time).

The Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) available in Solano and select counties may be a good fit – and we can help you get started!
The MEHKO permit allows chefs to prepare, cook and serve food prepared in their home kitchen directly to consumers, either through delivery, take-out or dine-in at the house. Food must be cooked and served on the same day and approved MEHKO’s can serve up to 30 meals a day, or 60 meals per week.
