Description:

The Apprentice Program is a:

 6-month, 10 hrs. a week, placement with food industry professionals specializing in baking and butchering.
 Chance to learn invaluable business and marketing skills needed to operate a food business at local farmer’s markets.
 Opportunity to earn up to $3,600 for maximum 240 program hours.

Applicants must complete ServSafe certification before the program or during their first week of paid work.
